Nissan and City Ventures Create Lead-free Homes

We already know Nissan as a green automaker. But did you know that Nissan is headed toward greener venture? Indeed, as they have team up to greening up consumers' homes.

This was confirmed last week, as Nissan Americas and City Ventures announced a collaborative effort to pre-wire nearly 200 homes in California to lay the groundwork for electric vehicle chargers. This is will be the largest residential, pre-wiring venture of its kind in U.S

On June 7, Nissan kicked off its 'Nissan Student Brand Manager Programme 2011'. Now in its second consecutive year, the Programme will run a six-month duration, offering participants invaluable real-life work experience.

Nissan invites students from 150 colleges, spanning 15 cities in India to apply to the resume-building Programme. And, competition is expected to be quite high. The Japanese automaker will choose only 20 students, in total, to participate in the Programme from July to

We all have been hearing about the southeaster US devastating recent storms, floods and tornados. And it is comforting to see that some are doing their part to help, like Nissan for example.
